I've officially become obsessed with fluorescent yellow, especially with grey. Actually, I think its the combo more than the yellow itself. It all began few months ago with the purchase of Essie's nail color in Funky Limelight. Since then I've acquired the two above pieces from none other than American Apparel (who else would make a denim pencil skirt in fluoroscent yellow?!) Now I have a feeling that these are seriously needed... and that will be all.

i mentioned a few posts back, my desire for Chanel inspired pieces in my work wardrobe. well i acquired piece #2 when ran across this 12 by 12 jacket on eBay a week ago ($5 + shipping). the details (short sleeves, mesh covered studded trim, excellent fabric) are beyond, especially the pearl substitute of pyramid studs. SCORE!!!!

Three recent shoe purchases I am quite excited about. Currently awaiting the Payless purchases. I honestly think this is the first time I've bought shoes from Payless, so I'm a bit worried not having tried them on.

The Cynthia Vincent for Target pair were pretty much decided for me from the number of features they made in every maintream magazine I've picked up over the past month. Obviously, I had to see what all the hype was about. Turns out they are just the pop of color I needed for white t's and jeans days and the velcro straps are so convenient. Today I paired them with a slouchy white tank, fluorescent yellow tube bra, and jeans...they totally made the look!

Love love love this dress! I unexpectedly lucked up on it ($2) at the Salvation Army yesterday as I went to drop off a box of stuff. The bold mixed prints, long sleeves and length make divine.

I have been searching (and still am) for blazer with Chanel-esque details forever. A few weeks back I was browsing Forever21's 12 by 12 site when I refreshed or went back to the sales page and there was suddenly an ish load of stuff for under 15 bucks! I racked up, spending $100 got me soo many pieces including an awesome structured shift, silk floral frock, mesh insert cardigan, laced sleeve cardi, a couple of skirts, and some great taffeta shorts, and this cardigan, which for now it serves as my Chanel inspired piece, and I love it!

The moment I spotted this chiffon ruffled delight (because I have no clue what it's technically called - cardi?) among the long racks of moth ball scented blouses, I knew it was exactly what's been missing from my life. I took scissors to the sleeves , which where pointy like you know...a witch costume, and decided to leave the ends raw (prada anyone?!) This will be the perfect summer topper to tight dresses, cutoffs, and swim wear. Who knows, it may even prompt me to delve into the complex world of print mixing, prompted by the talent of none of other than Kelly Frankel (the glamorai) . Come to think of it, that's exactly who I thought of while admiring this piece.

Soo excited for the holiday weekend! I am traveling down to the coast (Biloxi) to meet up with my BFF of all time Ross for a weekend of beaching, gambling, and clubbing..woooooo woooooot! With the help of a photographer for once I'll be sure to take mucho outfit pics!

Thanks so much for all the nice feedback and encouragement on my last post! I'm really enjoying this week off of work (spring break for schools) since its allowing me to get some blogging accomplished. I can't say it feels much like a spring break today, but I just read the weather and its supposed to reach the 60's tomorrow with sunshine for the first time this week yay!!

I found this chambray shirt at Old Navy when I decided to see what they were up to these days (haven't been in there in about a year). I really hate the way their clothes fit, but this shirt is so great to me (long, loose, and tissue thin). I see it getting lots of wear in the months ahead.

Lately I've been feeling like I'm experiencing a "mid-twenties" crisis. I feel at times as though I'm wasting the best years of my life at a job I wouldn't choose for myself and a place I'd never thought I'd be residing in again. I do realize the only thing stopping me is myself and I will be the one to make the changes necessary.

On a lighter note, this blazer looks alot cooler in person! The color, peplum detail, buttons, and light blue lining make it quite possibly the most fun blazer I own, considering that an item of clothing can be "fun".

Obviously you can imagine my excitement when Forever 21's 12 by 12 line re-released it in this gorgeous navy and gray shade.It's still available for purchase here. I see many outfits to come from this very versatile piece that can be worn as a jacket/vest or dress.

After giving up hope months ago for this dress (or any of the Rodarte pieces i wanted), my very best friend Ross, who now lives in Kansas City, and I were chatting while he was walking through Target . For some reason I thought to ask him to check the girls section for any Rodarte things that may be left..

Also making headway daily on my closet "make-over" after throwing out umpteen bags of clothes and finally changing out all the plastic for wood hangers.

The weather has been heaven this weekend with 65 degree highs and nice breezes (forecasts predict this will end tonight). Ladies and gentleman spring is almost upon us!

I love dressing up on Sundays..an outfit like this, during the work-week, is a bit overdressed for my taste. Love the details of this skirt (bow in the back, exposed zipper, and the straps). Speaking of Sundays, I found a beautiful vintage cobalt blue pure silk long shirt dress this weekend that I'm saving for Easter Sunday.

First, I want to thank everyone so much for commenting on the last post..MOTIVATION!!

I've been wearing all of my blazers belted lately and therefore showing my belt collection some love. Here are a few of my favorite found over the past couple of years. The red studded one in the middle is my current fave it seems to go with everything!!

After almost ruining my fav boots in the muddy yard and failed attempt to find a nice scene around the house ...the sun left, so this is the only decent shot.

Digging this utility jacket found @ Forever 21 on sale for about $15. Its made of cotton and so comfortable and really versatile. I must confess that this has been my outfit variation almost all week, so it was only honest to post it; jeans, t, boots scarf, this jacket...no kidding. Managed to switch it up by substituting a poufy floral print skirt for a movie outing to see the Book of Eli on Friday night. Enjoyed the movie although to be a movie about religion and doing good...it did seem a bit "heavy handed."

For some reason I was completely over the whole maxi dress this past summer and the few I own hung in my closet the whole season without notice. My attitude quickly changed after seeing this post on Brook&Lyn a while back. Immediately sought after a similar one in my price range and lucked up in early December on Asos... have worn it at least three times since. Sooo comfortable and easy. Asos is such a great site...and that's all I have to say about that.

Two posts within a week, I'm back on a roll haha. Most definitely hope to get one more in by Tuesday in order to show my latest vintage find, a $20 white rabbit fur coat. (Note: Would never consider buying anything made of new fur, only secondhand. This is why no matter how bad I wanted them, the BCBG Mendel PONYHAIR boot-wedges had to stay at the store.)

Hello to my faithful few readers and 55 followers, and a special shout out to Becs, who always checks on me! I'm alive and well but its obvious that I am a sorry excuse for a blogger. Nothing SUPER special about this outfit. I did consider wearing a more "matchy" scarf at first, but I think the bright yellow gives it a bit of oomph. I've actually donned a few creative ones during my abscence...it's just once I get off from the school, 75% of the time I go straight to my mom's business and put in a couple of hours "volunteer work" haha. Therefore, once I get home its dark and I'm exhauted...so no posting. Monday is a school holiday, so I hope to get another post in and put up a bunch of stuff on Ebay including, the vintage DVF vest worn here back in the summer, some random AA items, a couple fur jackets/coats, and the most amazing leather motorcycle vest I could have ever won on Ebay, sadly its a smidge too big for my small chest.

Happy 2010 by the way! I plan to make this the year of change for myself. I've already gotten rid of all the negative people and associates with alterior motives in my life and I hope to move out on my own once again. I've been in my hometown 2 years too long and it's time to move on.

I've been reading The Fashion Book over last week and although it can be quite boring at times, its very informative. I didn't know certain things about these well known designers. Really want the coffee table version, but sadly the recession is killing me, seriously.

Last night my best friend Kortney took me out for dinner, drinks, and back to her FAB house for more drinks, a venting session, and playing dress up with her awesome jewelry (i.e. diamond bracelet the smaller one is the authentic...carats? uhh lots i guess). LOVE her bed and I told her one those lamps are going to come up missing one day and I don't think she would even notice, being as she has three of em.

Finally made an effort to post something although its not my best. These photos were taken with my s lil "party camera" so sorry they suck oh and this was after we got back from a packed club on Halloween night btw.

These are from Halloween night, we decided to go to a club literally at the last minute @ like 10, so I'm like...oooh i can be a bumblebee and wear this dress i haven't worn. Kinda lame, but bear with me it was last minute. Anyway so we went to three stores looking for some kind or bug antenna head piece and wings or something, no luck. Everything was obviously sold out at the only places open. Even tried to just buy some black pipe cleaners to make my own antenna by putting them on a black headband or something ...Wal Mart was out of black crafting pipe cleaners....EPIC FAILURE. Last minute ideas never work out for me.

Sunday I wore this leopard print dress once more since fall will be here soon... hopefully. I'ts already cooling off a bit here (85 degree highs) and I am so enjoying it.

This "new" dress is so comfortable. I adore the embroidered florals and crochet trim. With two belts as tools, I was able to wear it significantly shorter without alteration. The bulk is still a kink to be worked out.

MUST post vacation photos next week and yes that's a spot on the photos from a lense smudge I was unaware of...oh well. Have a good rest of the weekend all!

my treasured men's shirt collection

I would call this my signature look. It's what I wear everyday that I don't wear something else dressy or different; like my take on t'shirt and jeans. I've noticed that it has become quite a common look (men's shirt, jeans, heels) on this blog and others, but I really don't give a ish! Been wearing men's shirts since my freshman year of college and I'll wear them until I die. My style, my blog. Anyway, I especially love the ones that are a blend of rayon or polyester with cotton. These are the best for summer. Oh and by the way, I am so sick of Mississippi summers I could die. So ready for fur, blazers (and man have I found some cool blazers), leather, and leggings!

I think my favorite person's look wearing this type of ensemble is this lovely lady. She makes it look absolutely divine with her stellar shoe collection. Judy styles denim like no other and her blog is truly an inspiration to me.

The first post of hopefully three in which I sport this denim button down. Being convinced it is the perfect denim shirt ( been on the search for one FOREVER), I plan on posting three totally different looks incorporating it. I wore a similar one here but this "new" one is a bit darker and it fits much better.

The shorts were a lucky Ebay win about a month ago. Fab price considering what they retailed for. What I LOVE about them is that they are lined with cotton, allowing them to be worn this time of year without being tortured.

Just to give you an idea of the selection which ranges from paper thin nylon jumpsuits (bottom row) to 80's bold shoulder frocks, and notice that insane House on the Prarie Dress in the top right hand corner. Wedding dresses for $15 and vintage clothes with the old style tags still attached.

I could not have asked for a better day to sit in the park, eat McDonald's for the first time in months, sip a SB's venti Caramel Frapp for dessert, and finish next month's issue of Marie Claire. There was a constant breeze that is very rare for this time of year (notice my hair).

The park was followed by a short weekly stop my favorite SA, where as usual I am surprised by the amount of "new" vintage they put out for the week. I swear all the little old ladies in Tupelo must be cleaning out twenty years worth of clothing from their closets this summer...which is great for me! I've got tons of great stuff that I can't wait to show you!

I usually try not to post a billion images for one outfit as I find it unnecessary, yet this is an exceptional circumstance. I owe this dress six photos since it is hands down my favorite vintage dress and deserves a final encore on the blog before summer's end.

When I saw these sunnies a while back on the glamourai, it reminded me of this pair I found at a fleamarket last year, but never wore. I love when old things are new again...corny but true.

To be completely honest I no longer subscribe to Harper's Bazaar. I find the clothing featured in ALL of the issues quite unrealistic for the average person to attain, amongst other things. The magazine does however serve as a great inspiration therefore I find myself sitting in the magazine section every month for over half an hour gazing at each issue cover to cover. This month HB was a purchase only because the styling of this editorial is perfection.
My favorite pieces are: Erdem Dress, image 2: Louis Vuitton dress and leggings, image 5: Rodarte dress, image 7: Balenciaga booties, image 6: D&G dress, image 8... What do you guys think?

In my spare time, I like to go through the archives of my favorite blogs. About a year or so ago, the talented and stylish Sabrina from Professionally Trendy posted a "how to" on how to tie a sari into a dress. Many of you may have been able to figure it out just by looking at her great photos, but I for one am happy that she did it step by step for people like myself, with two left hands.

Also the sweet Jessica from Polished Sense is having a little contest. To enter send her a photo wearing your favorite scarf. I believe the contest ends on June 28th so go to her blog for all the details if you wish to enter. Here's a photo with my fav summer scarf, which also happens to be tie dye. The humidity is extremely intense today, notice the foggy lense in the last photo and the fact that my bangs are plastered to my forehead..ewwwwww.

Kudzu is the vine you see on the top of that building in the second photo. It was brought over from China, I think, a long time ago for a very good reason. Its purpose was to hold the ground/soil in places that would case mudslides if it ever flooded, again I think. However, it becomes a nusance because it takes over trees and many areas are covered with it in the southern states. Niiiiice history lesson huh.

I don't usually have luck thrifting good vintage shoes in my size. This has never really bothered me though, since one of the style concepts I follow is to usually keep the footwear modern when wearing vintage clothing.

My time off of work has allowed me to travel to surrounding towns and check out thrift stores that I have never been to. In doing so, it seems my luck changed yesterday as I found 2 pair at a nice thrift store in Oxford.

The first pair are vintage Zodiac boots. They are superb quality with leather soles. I especially love the color and the touch of suede. For $4, they are quite a find I think. The vintage oxfords were $3 and the colorblocking is absolutely perfect

This trip to the SA was a monumental event for me. Never have I found so many great things in one day. Although I didn't plan on doing any more outfit posts until my new camera arrives, I couldn't wait to try on a few things to show the fit.

First:

two floral denim shorts and top "sets".

$3 a piece for each set.

The floral denim shorts are highwaisted yet they are too tight for my taste. If these are your kind of thing, let me know, I will sell them.

Next are:
Two adorable vintage slips for $2 a piece. The one on the right is floor length, and I tried the one on the left on below.

The Best Vintage Find to Date is...

I have been wanting and "watching" vintage sequin butterfly tops on ebay, etsy, nastygal, and even other blog shops for the past few weeks in attempts to snag one for a reasonable price...Today I found this one for $5! It was hanging all by itself on the end of a pants rack for some reason. I ran for it so fast a little old lady laughed at me.

Here are a couple of the things I tried on for you guys (sorry I was in quite a hurry so please disregard photo quality, extremely stupid posing, wack background, different photo sizes, etc.)

the denim floral bustier crop top that came with the aforementioned shorts in the same pattern. Gawd I wish those shorts would fit me!

Other purchases include an actual kimono, a crochet top, and a vintage throw pillow bringing my total amount spent to $17.61! People that live within driving distance should seriously consider coming to my town just to thrift!

Threw this on last night for a last minute and late night trip to the local bar with a friend (ooh i made a tongue twister, no?!). I NEVER wear these shoes. Everytime I do I fall, or almost fall. They are still one of my favorite pairs of shoes though and get mucho attention (most Bebe shoes do). The only other pair of bebe pumps that i have, which I wore in a old post, are much more suited for walking.

@Alicia (Inny Vinny) you were so right about these jeans! They are too tight! I think I may sell them soon (although I could stand to lose a few pounds)...tight jeans just aren't my thing.

The 108 degree index temps have been killing my swag as of late. I even missed the Juneteenth festival because it was too hot this weekend, instead stayed around the house cleaning my closet out, watching movies, and online shopping.

Some of my purchases included, two corsets, this one and one from F21. I love this one because it fits so well. Holler at me if you would like to know the Ebay vendor, she has all sizes in stock and they are very reasonable (cheaper than the other one I bought from F21). Won my first pair of black Frye motorcycle boots for $41!! I BS you not! They are only one year old (which means hopefully they are broken in) and just need a bit of scuff repair. Also a vintage fedora from Ebay that I can't wait to show you, a cute crop top w/ big armholes from ASOS, and some more AA pieces from Ebay for dirt cheap.

This old truck is down the road a bit from my house. While no one was there Brother and I snuck some shots. It's pretty obvious that I have a serious thing for old cars, well really everyone in my family does.

Wierdly addicted to posting now. Determined to make this a daily blog of outfits and ebay auctions. Wore this jacket only inside at work because the A/C blows snowballs all day long.

I found this cute vintage 90's GAP ditsy floral/liberty print/grunge mini dress (whatever you want to call it). Its on ebay for $5 starting bid and I wouldn't think it would go higher then $10. I saw one similar on Cali Select not too long ago, or was it Treasure Chest, hmmmm?

Is it just me or is it not completely laughable that some people would pay ridiculous amounts of money for items that you can find in almost any thrift store (although I must admit I have seen some things on Cali Select that I would kill for but just not pay $150 for... lol) Don't get me wrong I really like Rumi and her blog, but some people are such groupies.

Default outfit #2 (I posted something similar a while back), when I have no idea what to wear on yet another excrutiatingly hot day. I did however luck up on some summer inspiration yesterday in the form of a few old issues (2005) of Elle from the SA for .25 cents a piece (I know I always add the lil' prices, cuz I like to braggg ya know).

The editorials were quite inspiring and I will scan and post a few pages of them tomorrow. It really seems like magazines from just a short while ago, as these, are just so much more inspiring and full of substance. Especially in comparision to say.... this month's issue of Elle.

I bought this shirt for my lil bro on ebay a while back and he wore it today. I knew he would appreciate it because not only has the kid eatten Eggos (or any other kind of waffle for that matter) since he was 5, but he really likes quirky (lame word) phrases on t'shirts like this.

Plum Trees

Found this miltary style jacket at the Salvation Army for $2. It actually still had the tags on it and the tags looked quite modern, though I still can't figure out who made it. Ooh and my authentic Ray-Ban aviators finally arrived in the mail, via an ebay vendor, for $40! Score!

If you haven't noticed by now we pretty much reside on a farm, or at least my Dad tries his hardest to make it one. Complete with a catfish pond (featured in prior post), a corn field, a pea field, green patches, tomatoes, squash, and my favorite of all these lovely plum trees.

The plums did really wonderful this year, the tree has never looked this full. Can you believe this tree grew from a small branch of an old plum tree?! I swear its the truth. The ladder is for my mother who likes to get the ones from the top. Cannot wait to taste her homeade jelly from these babies!

I never wear these shoes, but I couldn't resist being all matchy-matchy with the jacket buttons today.

A Red-lipped Leopard

For me, there is nothing better to wear to church on a hot summer day than a silk dress. This is the only all silk dress that I have, yet constantly searching vintage sources for more. If you haven't guessed by now, silk is my all time favorite fabric. This is another dress shortened from ankle length.

This is my new favorite red lipstick. It's called "Really Red" by the Revlon Matte Collection and can be found at drugstores. I also found the PERFECT nude lipstick for my skin tone from this collection called "Craving CoCo". I literally gushed on and on to myself about it. It's so hard to find a good nude for darker tones, because they are either too pink or something. So what I'm basically trying to tell you is THE NEW REVLON MATTE COLLECTION IS PERFECT!

Grandfather's Chair

I really tried to get Duchess, Maria, and Chester (our new ducks) in the photos, but to no avail. They just won't be still or come to me unless I have a bucket of corn on me. Oh and let's just pretend I'm squinting in the second picture rather than blinking aiiight!

There is a plethora of vintage purses including two old Coach messengers and a vintage Dolce Vita, taking up mucho space in my book closet. How can you pass up a wonderfully weathered Coach messeger for $2!? I added this one to the 30+ collection today. I really should start an Etsy shop and sell some of them. Any tips on opening a shop (besides the basics they tell you) from those of you with an Etsy shop?

This rusty metal chair has been sitting on the bank of our pond since my grandfather, who passed away when I was twelve, used to sit in it and fish. I loved being around him so much and we had such fun fishing together when I was a young one.

This is one of my father's VWs beetles. He bought a couple of them for super cheap and has totally restored them both inside and out. The other one is a lovely new color of navy blue. I will have to do a "photo-op" with it too since it's my favorite, but since he drives it ALL the time, it's hard to catch it at home during daylight. I wish I could drive a stick, but since it doesn't have A/C and its too hot in Mississippi to breathe right now, I'm in no hurry to learn.

This may be the only kind of blazer I can tolerate on days like today because I'm just so freaking hot natured. Since this blazer is 100% silk it feels like a shirt. This reminds me of a quote I read, while searching for one to put on the blog.

If you have read any of my posts so far I'm sure you have noticed me mention purchases for .50 cents from the Salvation Army. This sale happens at the end of every month and of course I am always there and I always find new things that I have to have.

This month instead of picking up any and everything of remote interest, I carefully went through and only bought things that I KNOW would be worn.

This vintage blazer was clearly the winner of the day. I love the studded lapels and also how they are layered. The end of the sleeves are layered the exact same way.

an oversize peach colored crop t'shirt, faded black Levi 501s which I have already cutoff, the most amazing fitting high-waisted! striped shorts (they will be shortened), and a vintage striped silk shirt.

Second Photo

A vintage "grunge" daisy flower romper/playsuit, a size 3X red and blue striped shirt (when I tried this shirt on I was thrilled with how it hangs and its kinda cropped as well! I LOVE IT), An AMAZING fringed leather vest (.50 can u believe it!?), and another printed silk shirt.

I am extremely happy with my $5 plus tax in purchases and I can't wait to work them into my wardrobe so that you can see how they really look/fit, obviously the photos (and the fact that they are just laying on the floor) don't do these pieces much justice.

Sorry for the horrid picture quality! I can't wait until a new charger for my camera arrives so I can stop using THE worst digital camera on Earth, although I'm sure mine isn't tooo much better. Currently scowering ebay for an SLR...any suggestions?

I finally found a pair of vintage (brogues ? oxfords ?) shoes that fit me and that I love!

This is pretty much my default outfit (men's shirt + Levi's cutoffs) when its too hot for anything else!

Happy Holiday! Are you cooking out like EVERYBODY does in the South? Looking forward to my Dad's signature T'bone steaks in about an hour! He says he just uses lemon and pepper marinade but it seems like soooo much more.

I found this vintage Liz Claiborne romper at the Salvation Army about a month ago for $.50 of course! I always wait and buy things on that last Friday of the month when EVERY piece of clothing, shoes, etc. is just fifty cents all day long. I usually go and search a couple days in advance so I'm not in there for 5 hours on that day; and of course everything that I pick out is always still there.

I am sure I will shorten the shorts to make it a bit more flattering, what do you think?

This vintage leather skirt from ebay that I posted about earlier is everything I could have asked it to be. I had actually been searching for one like this at all the local thrift stores for quite some time.
It rained all Saturday here in North Mississippi leaving it quite cool and breezy today so I jumped at the chance to wear my "new" skirt before it goes back up to 90 degrees...like tomorrow! HAPPY HOLIDAY ALL!

I really wanted to post outfit photos today but my camera battery has died and I think I lost the charger in the move. So until I get a new charger (tomorrow), I thought to show you some of my latest ebay wins or should I say steals...

A leather pencil skirt - $5

I can't wait to pair this with ruffle-ly blouses + pretty shoes to soften the look or my AA crop tee (worn with it high waisted) and my Asos ankle boots for an all out rocker-ish look. Endless possibilities...

New AA Slim Slacks (mineral wash)- $23

I've always wondered how AA jeans fit/look, don't see many people with them. I'll keep you posted. Oh and I'm also bidding on a pair of AA Disco pants that I have wanted since they came out, but the $90 price tag kept me holding out. I hope I win them!

New American Apparel Acid Wash Bandeau - $5

I think this will be a great asset under baggy tank tops for those stupid hot days.

It seems that lately all of my AA stuff has been coming from ebay (brand new), so I encourage people to check ebay first for everything before ordering it. They even have the new Nylon Tricot pencil dress up for auction. Oh yeah and is it just me or is that last minute bidding people do, also called bid-sniping, like the most annoying thing on Earth!?! I mean really... it seems quite unfair to be able to join the bidding process in the last 10 seconds!

P.S. I also sold my first 4 items on ebay and I did very well. I actually got $46 dollars for a denim Forever 21 romper that I bought a while back and never wore and it only cost $29 at the time. How insane is that!

American Apparel has always been my go to for sharp basics that I cannot do without ( love you my little leggings, Lame matte and Nylon tricot...you too leotards), but as of lately, American Apparel has been cranking out some pretty snazzy pieces! And I for one am impressed. Will be purchasing the fringe mini as well as that awesome mesh insert bodysuit.

I also recently purchased 2 brand new AA Denim bull skirts* in purple and black on ebay for 50$ total Very excited about that win.

*Word to the wise those damn things run smaaaaalll. I am a size 6 and wear them in a size Large.

An Introduction

Hi, I'm Tip and this is my blog. I was ultimately inspired to start a daily style blog because of all the blogs I have read, there seems to be no one from my geographical area of the U.S. blogging about style (which is really no surprise). So this blog is my tribute to my style and my home (northern Mississippi), where there are in fact only a handful of stylish people.

This was my outfit on Sunday, Mother's Day. I got it on 50 cents day at the local Salvation Army, it is in fact vintage and one of my many great 50 cent finds I hope to show you. My town's thrift stores are a virtually untapped market, as people here just aren't hip to vintage...sad, but true. I love the pattern and the unexpected blocks of red. I also loooove the cut out back. I had this dress shortened from almost ankle length and I really like how it turned out.
